SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders take 3-5 working days to be processed . Once processed, your order is shipped to our facility via Royal Mail, taking roughly 2-4 working days. Upon arrival, your order undergoes quality checking and packaging to be shipped to your location the following day. We ship packages via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide. Once shipped and our account updated, the tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track at your convenience. Please note: due to the coronavirus affecting shipment companies, slight delays may occur. If this is the case for your order, you will be contacted via email immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds apply only if the wig/unit is damaged. Wig must be returned in the first 3-5 days of receiving your order. in Order to receive a full refund.
 
LACE SYSTEMS + BUNDLES

Bundles frontals and closures and non refundable .

APPOINTMENTS 

A non-refundable deposit is required in the case of cancellations or rescheduling. If you wish to have your appointment rescheduled, a new deposit will be required. However, due to the coronavirus, if you are ill, please contact us and it will be rescheduled for free!
